Online Bill Payments Overview

The City of Cocoa introduces to our residents and businesses a new convenient and quick way to access online utility billing information and payments. If you prefer you may call our Customer Service Office during normal business hours at 321-433-8400.

Online Utility Billing

The Utilities Customer Service provides you with the ability to view utility bills over a secure Internet connection. Customers can also view comprehensive, current account information, billing history, and payment history. You can also print out your current bill, and make a payment.

***If your water has been cut off for non-payment, after you make your credit card payment, you must call 321-433-8400 to have your water restored***

Do not click the "Complete Transaction" more than one time for each account. If you encounter a problem, please contact customer service at 321-433-8400 to inquire if your payment has processed properly. Failure to comply with this request, may debit your bank account multiple times!
